Role Descriptions
1. Assistant Manager (Welding Shop)
This position is suitable for engineers with hands-on welding experience who can manage teams and oversee welding operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise welding tasks on the shop floor.
- Monitor welding quality, safety compliance, and PPE usage.
- Coordinate with supervisors and report project progress.
- Solve operational bottlenecks and support production targets.
Skills Required:
- BE in Metallurgy/Industrial (or equivalent) with PEC registration.
- Strong welding knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow deadlines and safety standards.
2. AC Technician
