Eligibility & Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s / 16 years in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Electronics, or Telecom from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Relevant hands-on experience in software development, database administration, networking, or IT support is required.
Age: 24–40 years depending on the post
Job Details & Responsibilities
1. Deputy Director – Application Development (PPG-7)
- Lead development squads for citizen-facing e-government applications.
- Manage .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Blazor), REST APIs, SQL Server, and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git).
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-availability applications.
- Coach engineers, run sprints, and generate SSRS-based management reports.
2. Deputy Director – Data Support (PPG-7)
- Build dashboards & reports for real-time monitoring of PLRA operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality and transparency.
- Implement self-service analytics for decision-making.
3. Deputy Director – Network Support (PPG-7)
- Maintain enterprise networks, data centers, and secure government links.
- Manage Cisco infrastructure, firewalls, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Lead security, BCP/DR drills, and ensure 24×7 service availability.
4. Assistant Director – User Management & QA Support (PPG-6)
- Administer user access and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate QA, UAT, and test automation processes.
- Maintain documentation and compliance dashboards.
5. Assistant Director – Data Support (PPG-6)
- Manage production databases and implement backup/recovery solutions.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability.
- Support audits, incident analysis, and collaborate with development teams.
