The Government of Sindh, through the Local Government & Housing Town Planning Department (PPP Node), has announced exciting job opportunities for professionals on a three-year contract basis, extendable based on performance and project requirements. The PPP Node manages complex projects in municipal services, housing, urban development, solid waste management, water and sanitation, urban roads, street lighting, digital PPPs, and social infrastructure. The roles are based in Karachi and offer competitive market-based remuneration.

Role Expectations
Senior/Director — Finance
- Build bankable financial models, conduct value-for-money (VfM) analyses, and perform fiscal risk assessment.
- Lead procurement finance, investor roadshows, bid conferences, and contract financial close.
- Monitor contract performance, payments, audits, and funding compliance.
Senior/Director — Technical
- Oversee feasibility studies, technical due diligence, and output-based specifications.
- Review designs, costings, BoQs, and O&M strategies.
- Ensure owner’s engineer oversight during construction and operations.
Assistant Directors (Finance / Technical)
- Support directors in project screening, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare briefing notes, evaluation reports, and dashboards.
Management Trainees & Support Roles
- Research best practices, manage documentation, and coordinate stakeholders.
- For Computer Operator/Dispatch: maintain e-office, registers, and ensure timely file movement.
- For Drivers/Office Support: maintain safe transport, office setup, and logistics support.
